1 - Managing Personal Data

As a FORLOOP products or services user, you provide your personal data to us as required by the product/service you are using at the time of sign-up, and you agree it shall be used in accordance with our Terms of Use and Our Privacy Notice.

1.2 - Managing other people’s personal data

There may be situations where you may add someone else's personal data into a FORLOOP product or service, such as those of suppliers, customers and employees. Before adding their personal data, it’s your responsibility to ensure that it’s legal to do so, and that you have their permission.

3.1 - Using our products and services

Your responsibilities: you will keep your information (including your email address) up to date. You are responsible for providing correct information and for verifying the accuracy of any information that you use from our services for fitness for your purpose.

Free of Charge (FoC) products and services: we will try our best to always provide high quality products and services but the FoC ones come with limited support.

Right to use our products and services: when you register with one of our products or services, we grant you the right to use it for as long as you meet your payment obligations, or if it is a limited trial period, until the trial period ends.

Copyrights: we own everything provided by our products and services unless otherwise stated and excluding content owned by others. This includes rights in the design, compilation, and look and feel of our services. It also includes rights in all copyrighted works, trademarks, designs, inventions, and other intellectual property. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any of our content or use any of our intellectual property rights in any way not expressly permitted by us.

Professional Advice: FORLOOP is not in the business of giving any kind of professional advice. 3.2 - Data use and privacy

Whilst we will always do our best to help protect your data, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your login details from getting stolen or misused. Make sure your passwords are very b. 3.5 - Apps and third-party products

We will endeavour to let you know whenever our Apps, Products or Platforms include the use of third-party products. Any logo, brand or name that appears on FORLOOP material remains the copyright and trademark of their respective owners.

3.6 - Maintenance, downtime and data loss

We endeavour to maintain the availability of our products and services, as well as providing appropriate support for them based on the commercial licence model and usage mode. Occasionally we may need to perform maintenance on our services, and this may require a period of downtime although we try to minimise any such downtime. Where planned maintenance is being undertaken, we’ll attempt to notify you in advance but can’t guarantee it.

3.7 - Termination

FORLOOP may choose to revoke your right to use any of its products and services at any time with 30 days written notice in advance. We may also revoke your right to use our products and services immediately if any of the following applies:

  • you breach any of our terms of use and do not remedy the breach within 14 days after receiving notice of the breach,
  • you breach any of these terms and the breach cannot be remedied,
  • you fail to pay subscription or licence fees, or
  • you or your business become insolvent, your business goes into liquidation or has a receiver or manager appointed over any of its assets, you become insolvent or make any arrangement with your creditors or become subject to any similar insolvency event in any jurisdiction.

No refund will be applicable if you terminate your subscription or FORLOOP terminates it in accordance with these terms.

Once a subscription is terminated by you or us, your data will be archived and will be no longer available to you. We will retain it for a time period consistent with our data retention policy, during which, as a subscriber, you can reactivate your subscription and once again access your data by paying the subscription fees. We retain your data in case you need it, but you can get in touch with us to have your data removed completely if you wish.

3.8 - Liability and indemnity

You indemnify us against all losses, costs (including legal costs), expenses, demands or liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, a third-party claim against us relating to your use of our services or any third-party product (except where we are found to be at fault).

Our services and all third-party products are made available to you on an “as is” basis. Subject to the Exclusion clause below, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Other than liability that we can’t exclude or limit by law, our liability to you in connection with our services or these terms, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited as follows:
